I have always been fascinated in how the body works and have enjoyed learning how to get the body to work for you instead of against you. I started on my journey in the 90's and in 2000 that journey brought me into bodywork. I loved it from the start. It allowed me to help people and see results in real time. I have since taken multiple classes to add to my tool box in what I can offer my clients. I never grow tired of the smile on my clients face as they leave my office. I love my work.
